"Staging” your home is
critical. What does this mean? Staging can be anything from
hiring a staging company to furnish a vacant home to cleaning
out a linen closet. With the help of your agent you can
put your “buyer’s hat” on and look at your home like a
prospective buyer would. Street appeal is key:
Trim bushes and trees
Touch
up exterior paint
Growing
season, put in some fresh flowers
Keep the
grass mowed and trimmed
Don't
have any clutter in your driveway
