At the time an agent calls CSS to set a showing, CSS will call you and leave you a message with a window of time. Please try to accommodate all showings, as well as leave the buyers and their agent to look freely through your home. Lockboxes and signage can be agreed upon at the listing appointment. To be competitive, restricting the use of ANY such selling tool may result in more time on the market. Stellar Choice offers Listing Beacons if so applicable.
