The day prior to closing, we will do a final walk through inspection. The walk through is done one last time to confirm the house is in essentially in the same condition as when the contract was accepted and that any inspection items have been completed by the seller. The closing will be scheduled at the title company by your Stellar Choice agent. We will work with everyone’s schedule and try to accommodate all parties. Remember to bring your photo ID and certified check, if money is required to close.
