You will receive your
title work either in hard copy by mail or by email. When a home
is purchased… title insurance is also purchased. Upon search of
public records, a title search brings attention to any known
property title problems before closing takes place. It also
insures against loss due to certain title defects that didn't
turn up during the title search. The
title company will investigate the legal title of the property
you want to buy, and may find issues you'll need to understand.

It is critical, as a buyer, that yourt procure the inspection company. You do not want the Seller to use their inspection service or report because that is not in your best interest. Stellar Choice can provide you with a list of home inspectors or you may use one of your own choosing.

When
you are officially under contract it is time to contact your
lender again to see if they need anything else from you. Your
Stellar Choice agent will be taking care of many things behind
the scenes such as sending your lender the fully executed
contract and ordering title work.

home inspection is the most important part of your home
purchase. A home inspection is a visual examination of some
combination of the mechanical, structural, electrical, and
plumbing systems that is designed to identify material defects
